Refund and Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a transaction on our platform, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with Pourohityam Booking to avail the selected spiritual service(s). Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation is allowed only if explicitly stated on the respective service page. All cancellation requests are subject to our review and approval, and additional information may be requested to process such requests.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided or believe that the service delivered did not match the description mentioned on our platform, you may request a refund. This request must be raised within 3 days from the date of the booked service.

To submit a refund request:

• Please raise a ticket through our Contact Page, or

• Email us at: support@pourohityambooking.net.in

• Include the reason for your refund request, mention which specific terms were not met, and provide relevant proof (such as screenshots, communication, etc.) if applicable.

Please note:

• Refunds will be processed only if we find the request valid and genuine.

• If a refund is approved, it will take 5–7 business days to be credited to the original payment method.

• All decisions regarding cancellations and refunds will be at the sole discretion of Pourohityam Booking.

• No refund requests will be entertained after the 3-day window unless otherwise mentioned.
